All customer information is kept strictly confidential. We will never sell, lease, or otherwise give any of the information to any third party. We protect consumer and business credit card data by complying with all standards and regulations according to the latest Payment Card Industry standards. We do not store, record, or retain credit card data.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Thordsen Customs guaranties its products against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year. Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of our products. If your product was purchased from one of our authorized dealers contact us directly for warranty issues at 530-748-2290. Thordsen Customs, LLC is not responsible for products sold by unauthorized dealers or third parties. Thordsen Customs, LLC will repair or replace defective items at no charge. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of Thordsen Customs, LLC. Damaged products must be returned us at:

Please contact us BEFORE the product is shipped back by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 530-748-2290. DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT. Products sold that ARE NOT manufactured by Thordsen Customs, LLC are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty if applicable. Warranty returns will receive product replacement or repair only no cash refunds.

Machining marks and normal wear and tear are not considered a defect. Injection molded parts, such as the FRS-15 Rifle Stock and Buffer Tube Cover, are made of glass filled nylon are subject to “glassing”, an effect of the molding process that can leave a cloudy white finish more noticeable on olive drab green or flat dark earth parts. This is not considered a defect. Exchanging parts for cosmetic reasons will be done at the discretion of Thordsen Customs and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages that occur due to the misuse of our products are not considered a defect. Product and all product packaging and materials must be returned in their original condition. Thordsen Customs, LLC will pay return shipping fees on defective products but additional charges may apply for rush shipping of replacement parts. A deposit may be required to guarantee return of defective parts. Thordsen Customs, LLC is not responsible for defective products that are manufactured by others. Thordsen Customs, LLC reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the returned product is not defective.
Retail Product Return Policy
Thordsen Customs has a (15) day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have up to fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase to contact us to initiate a return for full refund or replacement. Customers who have returned products for a refund in accordance with these refund and return guideline will be issued a refund when products that are being returned arrive at our facility and are deemed to be sent to us in original condition. Once the refund has been processed by Thordsen Customs, LLC please allow 72 hours from issuance for the credit to show on your account.
- You will receive 100% refund on the product cost, LESS shipping and handling.
- There is no restocking fee for returns on retail purchases
- Products and all product packaging and materials must be returned in the condition in which they were received to receive a full refund.
Any shipment discrepancies or missing parts MUST be reported within 15 days of receipt.
Dealer Product Return Policy
If you are an authorized dealer and wish to return items purchased from Thordsen Customs, LLC contact us at 530-748-2290. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis dependent on your reason for requesting a return. Dealer returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any shipment discrepancies or missing parts MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Used, Blemished, & Clearance Product Return Policy
All items sold as used, blemished, or clearance are sold "AS IS." These sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges.
All items are shipped via USPS Mail with no signature required and sometimes UPS for larger orders. Given the possibility of mail theft, it is strongly recommended that the customer ship packages to a secure address. Thordsen Customs, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items ordered will be shipped within 1-5 business days. The US Post Office Insures all packages up to $50 automatically, contact your local Post Master to file a claim. Additional shipping options such as rush delivery, signature required or additional insurance are possible at an additional charge (please call to order 530-748-2290).
Damaged During Shipment
Thordsen Customs, LLC is not responsible for any damaged shipments.
